In 2015, Nikki launched The Perth Collective, an Instagram-based platform celebrating female entrepreneurship in Western Australia. It gained over 40,000 followers in its first year, inspiring workshops and events to empower small business owners with strategies for success.
By 2017, Nikki founded The Perth Collective PR, quickly building a reputation for delivering exceptional results for luxury brands like Mercedes-Benz, Moët & Chandon, and Porsche. The agency’s media events and PR campaigns positioned it as an industry leader.
In 2020, Nikki pivoted to support small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, launching nikkimilne.com, an online education platform that has since empowered over 1,000 entrepreneurs to scale their businesses, build authority, and attract customers.
Today, The Perth Collective PR boasts clients such as Hyatt Regency Perth and Allure Pearls, continuing its mission of elevating brands through innovative PR and marketing strategies. Nikki’s passion for helping female entrepreneurs achieve financial freedom and create million-dollar brands is matched by her commitment to work-life balance.
